REMARKS:
 

1) The Trial fee ($500 - $800 from Makeup Artist grade to
     Makeup Director) can be rebated if the booking is
     confirmed on the trial day​
 

2) Taxi fee will be charged once for the arrival in the morning​
 

3) Extra OT hourly rate is $400 - $600
​

4) Early come charge $400 will be generated by Arrival           ​

     before 7:30am
